Retail and Insurance Replacement
A new roof, on your terms.
Whether you are investing in an upgrade on your own schedule or restoring a roof through an insurance claim, the result is the same: a complete system of decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and premium shingles, installed the way the manufacturer intended. You choose the path. We manage the rest.
Warning Signs
When to call about roof replacement.
Your roof is 20+ years old
Most asphalt shingle roofs reach the end of their service life between 20 and 30 years. Age alone is a reason to plan ahead.
Curling, cracking, or bald shingles
When shingles lose their granules or start to curl, they stop shedding water reliably and start letting it in.
Repeated leaks and repairs
If you are calling for repairs every season, replacement is often the better long-term investment.
Sagging or soft spots
A sagging roofline can point to moisture-damaged decking. That needs attention before it becomes structural.

FAQ
Roof Replacement questions.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days, depending on roof size, pitch, and weather. We will give you a specific timeline with your estimate.
Do I need to be home during installation?
No. We just need access to the exterior and an outdoor power outlet. We will check in with you before we start and when we finish.
Do I need an insurance claim to replace my roof?
No. Many of our clients replace their roof directly to upgrade the look of their home, prepare to sell, or get ahead of an aging roof. If your roof does have covered damage, we can help with that path too.
Can you install over my existing shingles?
We recommend a full tear-off. It lets us inspect and repair the decking underneath and keeps your manufacturer warranty eligible.
